THE PROCESS:

Luckan Service Design -project was made by a team that consisted of my and two fellow students. It was all about putting our service design skills and tools we had learnt into test and experimenting what could be achieved. After customer and employee interviews and questionnaires we held a workshop at Luckan to help, support, certify and strengthen our design process. The conclusion of what was needed changed dramatically after we had done all ground work; they needed something totally different than what we initially planned. They needed a strong, consistent platform on which they could build the organisation.
